Is there a woman in your life that you look up to and admire? Have you ever wondered what you could do to recognize her in some way? The Women's Forum in Kanab is seeking nominations to recognize and honor a woman of the area at our upcoming forum on March 17, 2012. The winner of the 2012 Womanhood Award will be a woman who represents this year's theme: "Life is Your Canvas, What Will You Create?".

Items to be included in each entry are the name and phone number of the person submitting the nomination, as well as, the name and phone number of the woman you would like to honor. Please describe in one page or less how this person fulfills the theme, and why you feel she should receive this award.

The entry deadline is Friday, February 17th, 2012.
